BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY
Hotel bookings are accepted by:
Bookings should be send not less then 3 days before check in.
Our manager contact you within one working day after receiving your booking and check detailes. Later you'll receive all needed information (total price, reference number of the booking, etc.)
If you agreed with this confirmation you must prepay 100% of suggested sum.
We accept payment by:

Additional 3% apply to the total sum.
We send the transaction permission form to your e-mail or fax.

Cancellation of confirmed booking must be send not less then 3 working days before check in.
Otherwise we charge for 1 day payment.
